My Gold Canyon Discovery Story

During the holiday break in December 2007, my family and I were spending time at my Dad’s house in Maryland. My Dad had purchased a number of candles, which surprised me because I don’t know him to purchase candles for his home! I asked with curiosity, “Dad, where did you get these candles from?” “From a co-worker who sells them,” he replied casually. I was in awe because my Dad purchased more than three candles. And there was one he had burning: Living Room. And from then on I fell in love!

I love candles. I need candles. I live candles. Having just the right scent accentuate the ambience in my home is so important to me. There is something about coming home to heavenly scents. My mood changes. I am more relaxed. I am more at peace from all the routine traffic that fills up my day. And I am in a joyful state of mind when my candles burn.

My Dad provided me more information about the woman who sold him the candles. He showed me the name of the company. “Gold Canyon?” I said to myself. I was not familiar with this company, and never heard of it until I spent the holidays with my Dad. He talked about how much he loved the scents and I completely agreed with him that these scents are well worth purchasing! I joined Gold Canyon Feb. 2008.
Having the opportunity to work hours (in the evening, on some weekends, or in the morning) that best suits my needs is a unique benefit for me and my family.

I have discovered a new love: Gold Canyon candles. I am excited about this new venture and I look forward to sharing the products and the career opportunity with many other women and men who are looking to love and enjoy what they do!

From the moment I sampled a Gold Canyon candle I fell in love!
My first scent was Living Room. First I experienced this heavenly scent in my Dad's home. Then I noticed the beautiful design of the candle jar. I was impressed and I desired to learn more about Gold Canyon. This was my first time hearing about the company.

After learning more about the company I soon joined as a Demonstrator. I love working with our team and I look forward to building my own team this year! i have a passion to inspire, encourage, and empower women to succeed and GO for their dreams! Gold Canyon offers me the opportunity to help others!

My goal for this year is to sponsor at least five new Demonstrators and be promoted to at least Gold Demonstrator. I am excited about the new year and looking to expand my business. My goal and motto for this 2009 year is: Go for the Gold!
